Register online or call us to create your pick‑up account; we’ll confirm your contact and billing details and send your VIP Express bag.
Prep Your Items
Fill your VIP bag with garments or household items and leave it at your chosen pick‑up location (front door, side door or concierge)

Pickup & Cleaning
We collect your bag, barcode each item and clean them using eco‑friendly technology with complimentary minor repairs.

Delivery Time!
We return your freshly pressed garments the following week; simply request your next pick‑up whenever you’re ready
