Items are assessed individually and cleaned using controlled methods designed to protect fabric, structure, and finish. That’s why clients trust us with everything from everyday wardrobes to high-value pieces.
Do you offer wet cleaning in addition to GreenEarth cleaning?
Yes. In addition to GreenEarth® cleaning, Gibson’s also uses advanced water-based wet cleaning technology. Our specialized machines and Italian detergents allow us to safely clean delicate fabrics like silk and wool using water when it’s the best option for the garment.
Do you offer free pickup and delivery?
Yes. We offer complimentary pickup and delivery to houses and condos with a security desk or concierge service, so you can get premium garment care without leaving home. If you’re outside our service area, shipping options may be available for select specialty items.
How does your pickup and delivery process work?
Schedule a pickup, we collect your items, clean them using the appropriate method for each garment, then return everything back to you on schedule. If anything requires special attention – like delicate trims or a stain that needs extra work – we’ll communicate that before proceeding.
What cleaning method do you use - and is it eco-friendly?
We use modern, PERC-free cleaning technology, including GreenEarth, a silicone-based process known for effective cleaning with low odor. It’s designed to be gentler on fabrics and more comfortable for everyday wear items.
Can you handle delicate or luxury designer pieces
Yes. We routinely care for delicate fabrics and complex garments that require individualized handling and finishing. If something needs specialized treatment, it’s assessed by trained technicians so the safest method is chosen.
