Set it up once, leave your bag out, and Gibson’s Cleaners handles the rest. We run Beaches routes twice a week. Every item is cleaned and finished at our production facility in Etobicoke, then returned to the same door.

Sign Up or Schedule
Register online or call us to open your pickup account. We confirm your contact and billing details and send your VIP Express bag.
Prep Your Items
Fill the bag with garments or household items and leave it at your front door, side entrance, porch or concierge desk.

Pickup & Cleaning
We collect the bag, barcode every item and clean each one with eco-friendly technology, minor repairs included.
03.
Delivery Time!
Your pressed order returns to the same spot, usually within the same service week. Track progress by text or through the app.

How often is Gibson's Cleaners in the neighbourhood?
We run Beaches routes twice a week. Most orders come back within the same service week, though some specialty items take a little longer.
My winter coat smells damp from the lake air. Can that be corrected?
Usually, yes. Every item is assessed individually first, then cleaned by the method the fabric needs. Our silicone-based GreenEarth process removes odour without leaving a chemical scent of its own.
Do you collect from condos and buildings with a concierge?
We do. Houses, apartments and condominiums with a security desk or concierge all work. Front door, side entrance or concierge, whichever suits you.
Can you clean Canada Goose and other down parkas?
Yes. Gibson’s Cleaners is one of only two authorized Canada Goose cleaners in Ontario and is recommended by Moose Knuckles Canada. We clean hundreds of down coats each season.
