Leave the Bag at Your Door or the Concierge Desk
You don't need to be home for a pickup. Leave your VIP Express bag at the front door, a side door or with the concierge, and our driver collects it on your route day. We serve houses, and condo buildings with a security desk or concierge. Clean items come back to the same spot, and SMS updates keep you posted along the way. There's no fixed schedule to keep, either. Request your next pickup whenever you're ready, whether that's next week or after the holidays.

Yes. Many clients use pickup and delivery specifically for delicate, designer, and specialty items including outerwear, couture pieces, household textiles, and wedding gowns. If an item requires additional assessment, our team will contact you before proceeding.
What if I’m unsure how an item should be cleaned?
That’s exactly why garments are assessed individually. Our technicians determine whether dry cleaning, wet cleaning, hand cleaning, or specialty treatment is safest based on fabric, construction, and condition.
How long does pickup and delivery service usually take?
We’re likely in your area twice per week, meaning your items will be returned to you within the next service day, with some items taking up to one week.
