Pickup/Delivery Process
Set up your account once and you are done thinking about it. We run The Junction twice a week, so items collected on one visit come back on the next service day in most cases. Cleaning and pressing happen at our facility in Etobicoke.

Register online or call us to open your pickup account. We confirm your details and send your VIP Express bag.
Prep Your Items
Fill the bag and leave it at your front door, side entrance, porch, or with your building concierge.

Pickup & Cleaning
We collect, barcode every piece, and clean each one by the method its fabric calls for, with minor repairs included.

Delivery Time!
Your order comes back pressed and ready, usually within the same service week.

I live in a house with no concierge. Where do I leave the bag?
Front porch, side entrance, back door, wherever suits you. Let us know your preferred spot when you set up your account and our driver will use it every time.
Can you clean a vintage or secondhand piece I picked up on Dundas West?
Usually, yes. Older garments are assessed individually for fabric condition, seam strength, and trims before any cleaning method is chosen. If something is too fragile to treat safely, we tell you before proceeding.
Do you handle down parkas and Canada Goose coats?
We do. Gibson’s Cleaners is one of only two authorized Canada Goose cleaners in Ontario, and we clean hundreds of down coats each winter without flattening the loft.
Is there a Gibson's Cleaners storefront near The Junction?
Our Bloor West Village location at 258 Beresford Avenue is the closest, just south of the neighbourhood. You are welcome to drop off in person or stay entirely on pickup and delivery.
