Our patio cushion cleaning specialist comes to you. Please note: we require access to water and an electrical outlet so our equipment can do its best work.

2. Booking
Our specialist will work with you to find a convenient time. Please note that appointments may occasionally be rescheduled due to weather conditions. We'll always give you as much notice as possible.

3. Cleaning
Your specialist inspects each cushion on-site before cleaning. Using advanced, fabric-safe equipment, we remove dirt, mildew, stains, and odours. Results may vary based on stain type, age, and fabric. Sun damage and fading cannot be reversed.

4. Drying & Final Inspection
Cushions are thoroughly dried and given a final inspection before we wrap up leaving your patio fresh, clean, and ready to use.

Patio cushion cleaning is a delicate art. Gibosn’s approach is designed to identify and control risks before cleaning.
Sun Damage
Sun exposure weakens fabric fibres over time, making them thinner and more vulnerable during cleaning. We will try our best to note any pre-existing sun damage will be noted during our inspection, and we'll be upfront that this type of deterioration cannot be reversed.
Shrinkage
We clean cushions in place and never remove covers because improper removal and re-fitting poses a real risk of shrinkage and distortion. It's one of the key reasons we come to you.
Dye Bleeding
Before cleaning, we conduct dye testing on each cushion to prevent colour transfer and protect the integrity of the fabric.
Mould & Moisture
Controlled, thorough drying after every clean helps prevent moisture from settling back into the cushion — stopping mould and mildew before they start.

How long does the cleaning take?
For most homes, the full cleaning process takes approximately half a day, around 4 hours. Your
specialist will give you a more precise timeframe once your cushions have been assessed.
Do you offer patio cushion storage?
At this time, we do not offer patio cushion storage. Stay tuned as we’re always expanding our

Do you offer waterproofing?
Yes! Waterproofing is available as an add-on service for an additional cost. Just let us know
when booking and we’ll factor it into your appointment.
