How Free Pickup and Delivery Works
Pickup/Delivery Process
Schedule once and the routine takes care of itself. Our routes reach Yonge and Eglinton twice a week, and we work with houses, walk-ups and concierge buildings the same way.
Once collected, your order travels to our Etobicoke production plant on Advance Road, where each item is cleaned, pressed and checked before it heads back. Most orders return on your next service day, and a few specialty pieces take up to a week. There is no charge for either leg of the trip.

Fill the bag with garments or household items and leave it at your door, side entrance, or concierge.
